She earned her Associate's Degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from Central Community College before advancing her education with a Bachelor's of Science from Bellevue University. Currently, Sara is pursuing her Master's degree at Bellevue University, continuing to build on her expertise in helping individuals navigate recovery and wellness.
Sara brings valuable clinical experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
