Shelly Wragge

Shelly Wragge is a licensed mental health professional specializing in Clinical Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Counseling. She earned her degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices.

With extensive experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, Shelly is dedicated to providing compassionate, affirming care to diverse populations. Her areas of specialization include supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as treating depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change.


Shelly utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She is also EMDR certified, offering this specialized treatment for trauma processing and healing.


Shelly's approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and recovery. She partners with her clients to develop practical skills, build resilience, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
